Let's just intimate my ploy: a dossier full of information spanning across years of surveillance, archiving, cataloguing, OSINT investigation / etc on your subject will 95% of the time contain enough intrinsic leverage for you to consider any of the following:
make (frivolous) claims about your target. For example, target had 3 young children and spoke about them openly far earlier in her career. As clout and infamy rose worldwide, so did the backtracing and wiping of unsanitized sources of data about her and her family.
Feign and bait like a stupid troll. The more publicly accessible, insecure and potentially traceable, then efficacy potential increases in your favour for any subsequent next steps taken.
adopt COINTELPRO basic tactics to test who is actually surveilling who. Who is actually concerned about you enough to surveil you? Or who is actually more concerned about you knowing what she's tried so hard to remove from the public arena? She never considered that her utter genius and proactive covering of digital data tracks was anything less than perfect and flawless. Mwahahaha, I'm the big cyber Mommy bitch nao, boy. I don't recall if you ever interacted with @stevescoins, but he was studying to work in some role in law enforcement/intelligence juristry, and he recommended certain tools that made OSINT research more productive. Perhaps a gander at his back catalog might prove useful to you. I am convinced he has passed, of cancer, and miss his discipline and extensive posts regarding his education for his envisioned role and career. Your own instincts and superlative intellectual competence at attaining and employing OSINT might benefit had you the opportunity to work with him.
I was, and remain, incapable of employing such tools and attaining such skills, being focused on productive capacity to ditch dependence on our enemies, which is and will continue to outstretch my competence already.

It has been too long since I have been challenged by your staid reticence and restrained discussion of matters far above my pay grade.
